I am a therapeutic & holistic coach specialising in Subconscious Reprogramming & Breathwork therapy. Like many in the therapy field, it was in my search for anxiety relief & healing of my own trauma that I stepped into my life purpose to help others struggling to navigate & understand their emotions and facilitate their healing & self-development journeys.
I hear you and I see you. Once a victim in my own story, I hit rock bottom and took personal responsibility for my life. Having tried counselling & CBT in the past (which helped at the time), I needed to go deeper. I discovered another realm of therapies, from subconscious reprogramming to somatic therapies which elevated my healing.
It was such a powerful experience that I found my calling and trained as a therapeutic coach, choosing to specialise in subconscious & somatic therapies like NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT (tapping), inner child healing & Breathwork. I learnt the way I was feeling & behaving was not all in my mind but in my body. It was a product of a dysregulated nervous system, a hypersensitive, ambivalent attachment style & unresolved trauma in my body.
I am dedicated to help you achieve lasting change & access deep healing by aligning the ‘mind’ and ‘body’ work. I am humbled to have helped clients manage, heal & understand the roots of their anxiety, anger, depression, attachment disorders and substance abuse. I have seen clients connect with their inner child, release suppressed emotions & heal old trauma, allowing them to make transitions in their career, family & romantic relationships. At the same time, I’ve co-created solutions, designed action plans & daily practices to help clients develop deeper spiritual connection, regain a sense of control in the now & cultivate healthier habits.
As I continue to cleanse & heal, I choose to function from love and not fear. I trust myself & the process more. I am no longer stuck in the past or future which keeps anxiety at bay. When the feeling does appear, I honour it and then manage it by breathing, meditating, slowing down, connecting to something higher than myself and serving and helping others including myself. Oh yeah, and smiling a lot 🙂

My Techniques
We will go deeper than talking therapy and work with the subconscious (unconscious) mind, conscious mind and the body. I combine subconscious reprogramming therapies, like NLP, hypnotherapy and somatic therapy like Breathwork and tapping (EFT) with conscious psychodynamic coaching to see faster progress, make bigger shifts in mindset and do the necessary emotional healing in order to live fully in the now.

Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness is a tool we build into each session through practices and exercises. Ultimately you'll learn how to reconnect, find serenity in acceptance and be more present. A lot of the work we do will be based on the here and now, we will not dwell too long in the past. Meditation is a technique I will use at certain points to teach you how to connect and access inner peace. I will also use visualisation meditations to help you access the subconscious mind without a full on hypnosis, but allow you do go inwards to see and feel and connect to your inner child, your higher self and even your higher power, however you may see that.

Breathwork Therapy
Breathwork is your internal medicine to self-heal, self-regulate and relieve, manage and prevent stress, anxiety and depression. The breath is your most powerful resource you have within you to reset & regulate your nervous system, regain control over emotions and release trauma in the body. I use Breathwork as a somatic therapy and tool during coaching sessions for trauma release work. I also do 1-1 breathwork sessions

Transformational Breathwork also leads you into thi hypnotic state if you breathe deep enough for long enough you enter theta brainwave state and temp shutdown the prefrontal cortex, which is where I offer positive reframing, and invite in your affirmations and intentions.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
We need to feel to heal. EFT is a type of energy psychology that uses acupuncture points in the body. When an emotional experience is unresolved, it can create blocks or imbalance in the body’s energy channels (meridians), which can lead to emotional/physical symptoms. By tapping on these points whilst focusing on the issue allows suppressed emotions to surface so you can feel and release them and allow the blocks to be removed and free flowing energy through the channels. It is a powerful subconscious technique that complements NLP, Hypnotherapy Breathwork which is why I combine it within the coaching sessions. It is a tool I teach you so you can use it at any point of day to help relieve and manage emotions like anxiety, stress, sleep disorders and other fears.

Psychodynamic, Holistic Coaching
This integrates the best of a more traditional psychotherapeutic approach with client-led, solution-based coaching.
Together we will co-create solutions and strategies as I facilitate your healing. Each session incorporates therapeutic techniques. As I work intuitively, I may suggest one technique or a combination. After some deeper therapeutic work, we'll set short and long term goals that you are accountable to me for to keep you on track, monitor progress and reinforce the positive (subconscious) change work.
Consistency but flexibility is key. With check-ins between sessions we can maintain new habits, prioritise healing and self-development and see progress.

Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is based on the relationship between the mind and nervous system - how we process our experiences, perceive others and the outside world and how we represent these on the inside via our five senses. Overall, this creates our perceptions of reality, a collection of both external and internal experiences since childhood and even in utero. This perception of reality is what drives our subconscious thoughts and beliefs. It is this perception of reality that is changeable. 80-95% of what we do is controlled by the subconscious mind. Since thoughts drive feelings and behaviour, we can therefore change the way we feel on the inside by accessing the subconscious via various NLP techniques. We can identify, unlearn and reframe patterns of limiting beliefs, toxic thoughts, unhelpful mindsets, install new behaviours. Neuroscience proves our brain’s ability to adapt through a process of neuroplasticity. READ ON

Healing Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is another subconscious therapy, which is why it can be used alongside NLP. It helps identify, unlearn and create new ways of thinking, feeling and therefore doing. It relaxes you into your theta brainwave state, the state just before deep sleep and the state babies are in. This is the state where our subconscious mind is open and receptive to change. I like to use hypnotherapy where the client asks for it or as an optional and additional tool to access key memories to help with inner child healing (inner child regression) and trauma healing. It also helps reinforce the positive change work by teaching the subconscious your truths by reframing negative thoughts, perceptions and limiting belief. It's a great tool for relaxation and helping with sleep as well. I offer pre-recorded hypnosis to help with sleep.
